Detox Water For Weight Loss

1 pitcher water

1 cucumber

Mint leaves- 20 

Ginger- grated 1 tbsp

Lemon- 2 in no’s

How to make:

  • Take a pitcher full of water if possible, use a jug made of glass or any transparent material.
  • Add cucumber slices to it
  • Then add all the rest of the ingredients like ginger, mint and lemon juice to it.
  • Keep this pitcher in the refrigerator overnight 
  • You can drink it throughout the day 
  • If you want you can also add some fruits to it to enhance the taste though this is a great detox drink.
  • Don’t overdo it, just drink 1-2 litres a day and that msg oils be enough 

This detox drink works great not only to cleanse your body but also helps you to get a clear skin.

This is a way to add some more water to your daily water intake and in case if it doesn’t suit you or if you feel bloated or face any other problems then stop drinking it.
