Ginger Tea

Do you ever feel bloated? 

Do you think after eating your favourite meal you feel bloated and heavy then I have a perfect solution for you.

This is called ginger tea and has many health benefits which also includes bloating in the list.

  • Ginger- 1 ½ inch grated
  • Water- 2 cups
  • Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder- a pinch
  • Cinnamon stick- 1 inch 

Preparation 

  • Boil water 
  • Add everything to it except lemon juice 
  • Boil it on a medium flame
  • When it reduces to 1 cup 
  • Then sieve it and sip it warm
  • Works best if taken after breakfast or lunch
  • In case you feel irritation or any digestion issues then stop it immediately.
