Do you ever feel bloated?
Do you think after eating your favourite meal you feel bloated and heavy then I have a perfect solution for you.
This is called ginger tea and has many health benefits which also includes bloating in the list.
- Ginger- 1 ½ inch grated
- Water- 2 cups
- Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder- a pinch
- Cinnamon stick- 1 inch
Preparation
- Boil water
- Add everything to it except lemon juice
- Boil it on a medium flame
- When it reduces to 1 cup
- Then sieve it and sip it warm
- Works best if taken after breakfast or lunch
- In case you feel irritation or any digestion issues then stop it immediately.
